Read for the Record

Read for the Record? What's that? Well, we want to see how many people will read the same book on the same day. Actually, Jumpstart -- a national organization that promotes early language and literacy skills -- is the sponsor of Read for the Record.
 
The book: Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad by Davis Somar and Jacky Davis
 
The day: Thursday, October 4, 2012
 
We will have a drawing to give away several copies of the book. (A nice hardbound book!) Just come in on October 4 to enter the drawing. We will be reading the book aloud all day long. So, bring your children, friends, neighbors, grandma, and anyone who will listen to a story. You might help set a record!
