Read Between the Lines

The theme for Oak Grove’s spring bulletin board is "Read Between the Lines." It’s all about how every story is full of little things that surprise you and how a thousand tiny details come together to make the big picture. At first glance, the image appears to be that of a dragon wrapped around a castle and holding a frightened princess captive, with a knight on his trusty steed coming to the rescue. However, upon closer inspection, you can see that the picture actually consists of many words and phrases from different fairytale stories, all placed over book pages. Our hope is that every time you look at our bulletin board, something new surprises you, just like it does in a book.
