Public Holds at the Platte City Branch

As you may already know, the Platte City Branch, like a number of other Mid-Continent Public Library branches, has recently begun utilizing a self-service holds shelf. Now, when you come in to the library to pick up your reserved materials, you can simply retrieve the items, and even check them out yourself with our self-checkout station, without ever having to wait in line. Just look for the Reserved Materials shelf near our checkout desk. Of course, you are still free to pick up your materials at our drive-through window as well. If you have any questions about where your holds are or how to retrieve them, our staff will be happy to show you.
