To have one or not to have one, that’s the question. We have had a small dog in the house for the last 35 years. Our last was a toy poodle. We had him for 13 years, and lost him just a few months ago. I miss having a pet around, but I said, “No more dogs.” I didn’t want to have the problem of taking a dog when we were away from home. Now, I’m starting to wonder. I still don’t know the answer to my question.

There are lots of books at the MCPL to help you know if you should have a pet, and what kind is best for you. Maybe, I should look at some of those books!
