Pa and Peyton Graduate From Storytime for Toddlers
August 31, 2010
One of my favorite responsibilities at the North Independence Branch is Storytime for Toddlers. Thursday mornings, I have the pleasure of playing and reading with young children, age 18-36 months. We have a great time building lifelong learners and readers, see why I love my job! It takes a grand commitment for "adult lap buddies" to bring their toddler every week. Pa has been bringing his grandchildren for "years and years", and now Pa has graduated with his last grandchild, Peyton, in tow. Congratulations, not only to Pa, but to all the grandparents and lap buddies who faithfully bring their adorable little tikes to storytime. Join us for Storytime for Toddlers (registration is required) and together we will build a foundation for your little learner. The next step in Peyton's learning career is Storytime for Preschoolers, if Pa has the strength?
