Orville Wright Interviews Amelia Earhart!

December 13, 2010

For the first time in the history of the world, Orville Wright has agreed to interview Amelia Earhart for a library blog. All thanks must go to renowned fictioneer Rachel Glaser for making this possible.

As a top flier, there are many unaccountable dangers, what are your opinions of the Bermuda triangle? Or do you deny its existence(these are modern times)?

I'm always searching for the Bermuda triangle because I lost my good sunglasses there.  Also, you can say anything there and not mean it.  You can kill someone there and it won't count.  A lot of abandoned pets live there, and they do just fine.

Have you ever met Charlie Lindbergh? Impressions? Wilbur used to call me a fuddy-duddy, (even when I was riding bare back on one of our gliders!) but that man needs to settle down!

I met him once but gave him an icy stare.  He really clouded up the sky for me.  There are plane stains from him that will never leave our atmosphere.  They are etched very deep.

What do you eat while traversing the skies? (Surely not a bacon and egg!)

I eat peanuts and bananas usually, but sometimes when i'm feeling natural I eat a big piece of cloud.  I spice the cloud and it is a unique high altitude food, one that most people are oblivious too.

Now this maybe considered outrageous, but I once saw a moving-picture about the moon man and I have reason to believe, through the sheer length of the skies that there might be room for a moon man or two up in the clouds. Have you seen any moon man or any other same such devilry?

There are a lot of moon men up there and they're all the same..  They say solemn, wise things to all the flyers, but they have little sense of humor and very dry eyes.

A tiny bit of mischief can keep you awake on a long flight. Have you ever done a tilty-whirly to keep yourself awake? It is better than a sip of coca-cola!

I do many feminine twirls in the air to showoff to myself and keep myself interested.  Once all my maps fell out and I got lost and died!
