New Year’s Resolutions
December 28, 2012
This is the time of year, I think of how I want to start my New Year. This year I have three resolutions. I want to exercise more, pay off my credit cards, and finish a book without getting involved in another book. How do I go about doing these, you may say? Well, I start by looking at books in my Library system to guide me.
A book I am excited to look at for fitness is Body By You: the You Are Your Own Gym Guide to Total Fitness for Women. This book will help women get in shape at home without equipment. It will help you personalize your own fitness routine.
A book that is helping me get out of debt is How to Get Out of Debt, Stay Out of Debt & Live Prosperously. This book will help you identify how you got into debt and how you can change your thinking to get out.
I love to read; unfortunately, I don’t finish many books because I can’t wait to get to the next one. A book the helped me is The Brain Fitness Workout: Brain Training Puzzles to Improve your Memory, Concentration, Decision-Making Skills and Mental Flexibility. This book helped me build my concentration to the point where I can get through what I consider a boring part in a book to get to the next exciting section. This book helps you exercise and train your brain to build the focus you need to complete tasks.
These are just a few books I would consider to help start your new year out right. Happy New Year!
