Take a determined Assistant Branch Manager (Lois), a hair dryer, a very long extension cord and voila, you have a solution to a frozen book drop.
Take a determined Library Assistant (Cheryl, who hates the cold), using Lois' method, and we can empty the book drop.
Unfortunately, we didn't get a picture of Lois, so our apologies.
