March is National Nutrition Month and the Library can help you "eat right, your way, every day."
For National Nutrition Month's 40th anniversary, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics encourages healthy eating styles and good food choices. MCPL has an enormous collection of nutritious cookbooks and diet plans, as well as our health databases. So, get healthy, take care of yourself, and feel nourished in your body and soul.
