March is National Nutrition Month. The library has a wide variety of books and videos to help you get healthy. MCPL has cookbooks, magazines and a variety of programs to help you get healthy. Be sure to check with your doctor before starting any exercise or diet program. Getting outside, stretching your legs, and taking a walk around your neighborhood is a great way to get in shape. You can also pick up lots of gardening ideas from your neighbors’ yards while you’re exercising and thinking about diet.
