NASA Class for Homeschool Parents At Red Bridge Branch
December 27, 2011
If you are a home school parent and would like ideas for teaching science, the Red Bridge Branch has a program just for you. On Thursday, February 2th at 7:00 p.m., there will be an opportunity for parents to hear from two NASA education specialists.
Ollie Bogdon is the NASA education specialist for Missouri. She will provide simple student-involved exercises that will aid in applying science skills for students, ranging from pre-school to upper elementary ages. John Weis is an Aerospace Education Specialist at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. John will offer demonstrations and activities that can be used with homeschool students of junior high and high school ages. Be sure to register for this program.
Along with this parent program, students ages 10-18 can join the Red Bridge Teens for an edible science experience of their own. Brain Freeze For Teens will be held on Thursday, February 2 at 7:00 p.m.
Both programs require registration, so sign up early so that you won’t miss out on this one-time program event.

kid registrations
I signed up for the parent class but didn't find a place to register my 5 and 6 year olds. Do they need to be pre-registered?
