I had one job when it came to the fourteen hour road trip I took with my best friend this summer: playing DJ. I had stocked up on tons of good music; the only problem now was deciding what to play first. I made my decision and popped the CD in the player; the upbeat dance melodies of Lady Gaga blared from the speakers.

“When did you get The Fame Monster?” she asked. I told her I had borrowed it from the library and she was shocked. “Get out of town! Really?! From the library?!” She was more than surprised to learn that the library’s CD collection holds much more than Beethoven and Bach.
