Meet Squeaker

One of the Buckner Branch's most beloved critters is Squeaker, the storytime mouse. He chooses the books and movies for storytime. He snacks on the employee's supply of cheese in the break room when they are not looking. Squeaker loves children and any story that features a mouse. He begins each storytime sound asleep in his library bag and the kids wake him up gently by whispering Squeaker's name. Even though he doesn't have much to say, Squeaker keeps them laughing every week. The hardest part of his job is helping the storyteller stay on track. I know he's hoping you'll come to visit him soon some Thursday morning at 10am.
