Meet the Camden Point Branch Staff

June 07, 2010

Phyllis Cluchey has been the branch manager for 8 years.  Although Phyllis loves her staff and enjoys her work, she also enjoys working with miniature doll houses and working outside.

Cindy Kamphefner, Rhonda Edmonds, and Christy Bellis serve as library assistants.  Cindy Kamphefner has been with the Camden Point Branch for over 18 years.  She leads preschool storytime and has a great talent for putting together bulletin boards and displays.  Rhonda Edmonds has worked at the Camden Point Branch for 10 years.  Rhonda leads the 18 months – 3 year toddle time and selects magazines for the branch.  Her favorite part of toddle time is bringing out the bubbles for kids, and herself to pop.  Christy Bellis has worked at the Camden Point Branch for almost 5 years.  Christy is in charge of selecting programs for the branch, making brochures, and is the branch Customer Service Champion.

Wilma Shanks (not picture above), Gayle Cross, Donna Gordon, and Sandy Otting are employed as substitute library clerks.  Wilma enjoys staying busy helping the customers check in and check out their materials.  Gayle does an excellent job with the book club and has quite a following.  Donna is known for her superb job in leading our RAFT program.  Sandy has recently joined our crew and has quite a knack for doing database reviews.

Alesha Matthes is our hard-working page.  She has been working at Camden Point Branch for 3 years.  She recently graduated from North Platte High School and will be attending college this fall.  And last but not at all least, is our custodian, Robin Babar (not pictured).  She does a wonderful job keeping the library neat and clean.  Her hard work is greatly appreciated.
