Magazines Galore!
October 06, 2010
School is back in session, and that means another round of research papers to get started on, whether it’s high school or college. Luckily, the Mid-Continent Public Library has a vast amount of online resources to help you get started on these papers. One in particular is the Academic Search Premier database located under the heading Magazines and Periodicals in our research databases. This database helps you search articles from over 3,000 academic and professional journals covering the social sciences, humanities, general science, multicultural studies, education, and more. Just type in your subject field, and you will get full text articles and photos from numerous publications.
This is only one of numerous resources the library has to help with research projects, so don’t be shy and check out all of the research databases that give you access to magazine articles old and new.
