Come join us for a fabulous trio of cooking classes that will take you around the culinary world. First up is Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme: Cooking with Fresh Herbs on Monday, July 26 at 7pm. Learn about fresh herbs and how to grow them and cook with them. There will be several easy recipes to take home and play with.
Next we head over to Europe for Fabulous French on Monday, August 2 at 7pm. French cooking is much more than heavy cream sauces and we will learn how to make some wonderful dishes which include a Cous Cous Pilaf. Eating in the library is allowed for this program!
Our last stop is Asia with the Flavors of Thailand on Monday August 9 at 7pm. Chef Zoe will show us how to make Phat Thai as well as a couple of wonderful salads. Bring your appetite and dig in. Please call us at 524-0567 to register for these classes.
