It's Time for Flu Shots

Don’t get caught with the flu this winter. Get your shot! No time??? Come to the Boardwalk Branch on Tuesday, September 18th starting at 2:00 p.m. Nurses from the American Red Cross will be here to administer the vaccine. They are extremely efficient and highly qualified, but are still able to extend a personal touch.

Each person receiving a flu shot will be required to fill out a consent form. The form asks for name, address, and phone number. Clients will also be asked to answer a few simple "yes" or "no" questions. Please bring your primary insurance card along with your Medicare card, if applicable. Check with your insurance company for coverage of immunizations.
