It's a Jungle in the Library!

Get carried away with Mowgli, the man cub, and his friends as you spend time with family reading your way to The Jungle Book. 

It is RAFT time again. Read Aloud Family Time starts January 18th and goes to March 31st.  This is a great opportunity to spend time with the family and receive one free book.  Just read three multi-chapter books from the library, and receive one free hardback copy of The Jungle Book. Your family will also receive a certificate and be entered in our drawing for the Disney DVD of The Jungle Book. You may register January 18th.  To register online, click on RAFT on our home page and click the “sign me up” button.  Make up a user name using a first and last name of one of the family members.  User names are not case sensitive.  You will then be asked to choose a password.  Passwords are 4 digits.  You may use a birth date of one of your family members.

Each time you return a list, we will put your family’s name on a monkey ellison which will be hung in the Blue Springs North Branch jungle.

On your fifth list, you will join Mowgli on his journey back to the Man Village.  When you have helped him reach his destination, you will receive a jungle surprise.
