Information Garden
August 25, 2010
All of the rain we have had this summer has really helped our gardens grow! Now the big question is: what do we do with all of this fresh produce? I like to think of the public library as a garden of information. You can harvest ideas on every subject from applesauce to zucchini bread. In addition to a bounty of cookbooks, you can pick up some books on canning and preserving your garden surplus. After the work is done, sit back and relax with a cozy mystery. Author, Ann Ripley, has a series of books that will appeal to the gardener/amateur sleuth.
