Dr. Michelle Robin has written an inspiring book that helped me understand how simple it is to live a healthy life. Wellness on a Shoestring outlines the seven steps that can change lives for the positive.
The chapters are individual pieces that will create a whole wellness lifestyle. Each chapter offers questions to consider and lots of interesting material. This book is based on the fundamental practice that being well does not have to cost a fortune.
I thought this book had lots of useful information, and I do recommend reading it if you want to make changes toward a healthier life. I appreciated their simple, easy, and affordable advice.
