Have You Ever Wanted to Try International Foods?

Teens at the Antioch Branch had the opportunity to try some French cooking this week. Usually, when one imagines French foods, you think of heavy sauces and beautiful presentations. We did not worry about either for this program. Our chef, Ms. LaGrece, prepared couscous pilaf with cranberries and pecans. For the sauce, we tasted Rosemary's Peppercorn. Can you say delicious? While she prepared the dish, Ms. LaGrece talked about healthy eating. We all came away smarter about food selection and preparation, and full from eating the results.
