Graphic Novels—They're Not Just for Teens

POW! BOOM! ZMPFFF! These are the sounds you will hear when you visit our new Juvenile Graphic Novel display at the Boardwalk Branch!

After many requests from Juvenile Fiction readers asking for graphic novels and comic books, these customers now have their own section to browse. Disney Fairies, Babymouse, Captain America, Batman, and Jeff Smith’s Bone are just a few of the titles now available. Even some old favorites have crossed over to graphic novel format, including Nancy Drew, and Sherlock Holmes. As these books are checked out, we seem to hear MUMF! GULP! CHOMP! SNAP!, and of course, ROLMF! We are doing are best to keep the new section supplied, so drop by and get some graphic novels while they last!
