Getting the “Big Name Movies” on Hold

See any good movies in the theater this summer that you just have to see again? Maybe, you missed some of the blockbusters? Well, guess what?! Some of those movies, such as The Amazing Spider-Man and The Dark Knight Rises, are already available for you to put holds on. The DVDs are not out yet, but you can put your name on the waiting list right now.

The easiest way to do is to use the Forthcoming – Feature Films link. This way, you won’t have to sort through all the movies MCPL has to offer if you just want to find these particular movies. You will probably still have to wait a while to get your movies, even after they are entered in the system (Yes, I speak from experience). But at least you will get yourself on the list for them.
