September is Library Card Sign-up Month. This month is a time to remind parents and children that a library card is one of the most valuable cards they will ever need. A library card can connect you to the world of information.

Imagine exploring the 267 plus databases available, most of which can be accessed remotely, using a MCPL card from home, school, or the office. We can find help with more than books. We also offer magazines, music CDs, and movies. Need help with your resume, job hunting, downloadable books, homework help, or your DIY project? Your MCPL resources can help. There are databases for college prep, academics, and licensing testing.

Look for the many exceptional programs offered at MCPL for your entertainment and educational needs. So as you go out to buy school supplies, don’t forget to get the most important school supply of all. Go by your local library, sign up for a library card, and gain access to your world.
