Ever wanted to read about strong female characters that you can live vicariously through? Here are a few series that create strong female characters, interesting settings, and a host of situations to get in and out of.
J.D. Robb ~ In death series (Eve Dallas series) ~ Naked in death, bk. 1
A mystery thriller series set in the mid 21st century where the main character is a hard-core homicide detective. Lt. Eve Dallas gets the toughest homicide cases in futuristic New York, and is surrounded by a colorful cast of characters.

A comedy series centered on New Jersey bounty hunter Stephanie Plum. Plum hunts down criminals in her own creative, off-the-wall way.
