Fond Farewell

Our branch would like to wish our manager, Brandi Blankenship, a fond farewell. Brandi is making a move to Washington State to join a library system on the coast.

Brandi has been a real "Jack of all Trades" in her time here. Whether attending various meetings at Headquarters, representing the system with pride on the Book Cart Drill Team, or guiding us through changes here at the branch, she has been an inspiration.

Our customers are going to miss her enthusiasm for recommending books and helping them to explore new genres. We have affectionately called her "The Book Pusher" for that very reason. Brandi's love for reading and her friendly persuasion in getting young and old alike to share that love will truly be missed.

So, Brandi, from your loyal staff at Weston, we wish you a happy life in Washington.

Oh, and if the zombie apocalypse starts on your side of the country, would you be kind enough to give us a heads up?
