First Time Parents
April 03, 2013
Being a first time parent can be overwhelming at times. Having a book on hand to help you understand what to expect in the first year can be very helpful. The Library has many to choose from.
One book that you may want to look at is The Everything Baby's First Year Book. It offers practical advice to get you and baby through the first year. Here are some of the chapters: The First Days, Sleep Programs, Infant Crying, Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding, Real Foods, Diapering, and Playtime.
Knowing what to expect ahead of time can help to keep things more calm for you and baby. There is a lot that happens that first year, and with a book from the Library, you can make it through and smile.
