MCPL has 3 copies of The Secrets of People Who Never Get Sick by Gene Stone (613 ST71). This is a very interesting book title, considering there always seems to be sick people around. No matter where you go, someone is sneezing or coughing. Someone is calling in sick to work, cancelling their plans, or calling a doctor for an appointment.
The book points out a variety of different ways real people have found to improve their health so they don't get sick. Whether you are constantly battling a cold or the flu each season, you may find some pointers to break the cycle and improve your health. If you are reasonably healthy, you may find an interesting point to help fine tune your health.
Cheers to healthier living in 2011!
