An Extraordinary Day

Did you come into the Library on Tuesday, November 6th? If you did, you were part of an extraordinary day!

Between being a polling place for the presidential election and our 20th birthday celebration, well over 2000 customers came through our doors. On an average Tuesday, we usually have around 900 people use the branch throughout the day. So it was fantastic to see all of you!

Whether you were here to vote, for storytime, or to enter our Kindle Fire HD prize drawing, we’re glad you came by. We hope that, although you may have stopped by the branch for a specific reason on Tuesday, you will come back again. We had several customers comment that they hadn’t been in our branch in quite a while and were surprised to know that we had been here 20 years. Hopefully, they’ll come back on a regular basis and you will, too!
