Does Downsizing Equal Happiness?

You Can Buy Happiness (and It’s Cheap): How One Woman Radically Simplified Her Life and How You Can Too by Tammy Strobel.
Okay, I have to admit, this title really caught my eye. I’m all about scaling down, living with less, and being happy. But what really caught my eye was the back of the book and reading that the author is a huge fan of tiny houses. I recognized the author from a HGTV show: You Live In What?
Tammy and her husband were living normal middle-class-life styles, driving two cars, commuting long distances, and living well beyond their means. Sound familiar? In this book, she offers real-world examples to practical inspiration and has a fresh take on our things, our work, and our relationships.
The author is also a blogger who lives in a tiny house. Now that’s what caught my attention. You can visit her blog and see what I’m talking about. I want to live in one of these; it’s about the right size for me.
