Dancing with the Stars to Improve Your Health

Dancing with the Stars danced its way to the end of its 12th season. Sadly—at least for some of us—it is sad that we will have to wait until fall to see more of the elegance, the excitement, the stumbles, and the strains.
However, in the meantime, why not learn a few steps yourself? Kirstie Alley proved this season that dancing is a great way to trim off weight. Of course! Because when you dance you move your whole body!
