Off to College - Preparing for the ACT/SAT
January 09, 2013
So, you're thinking about going to college -- maybe next year, maybe in a few years -- and everyone, from your parents to your teachers and counselors, is hounding you to get ready to take the ACT or the SAT. You know it's a requirement to get into most colleges these days, but these can be kind of scary tests, right? Never fear! Your Library is here!
Throughout the year, MCPL branches all over the city offer opportunities for you to prepare for and practice taking the ACT and SAT tests. In the next couple of months, we are offering free, full-length, practice ACT tests and SAT tests, strategy sessions to improve your scores, and information about the college admissions process in general. Check 'em out and sign up today!
