City of Thieves, Mad Science and Green Projects?

July 05, 2011

What do City of Thieves, Mad Science and Green Projects have in common? They are programs being offered at Riverside Branch.

The week of July 12th through the 14th is full of activities for adults, kids and teens. It's not to late to pick up a book for bookclub or register for the programs. Best of all, events at the library are free!

Tuesday, July 12 @ 10:00 A.M.; The Second Tuesday Book Club will be discussing City of Thieves by David Bernioff.  (For adults)

Wednesday, July 13 @ 10:00 A.M.; Mad Science Demonstrates: The Mad Science Story Lab. Children create the story with the help of our Mad Science lab. The audience casts the experiments into their roles. Volunteers get to help the story unfold as they've designed it. Starring Evil Laughs, Secret Formulas, and many more! (For all ages)

Thursday, July 14 @ 2:00 P.M.; Green Projects.  Don't toss that! Make an impact on the environment by recycling and reusing materials to make new and funky projects.  For teens, young adult.
