Celebrate Big 12 Basketball

Are you a Big 12 Basketball fan? Are you a runner? Do you want to combine two of your favorite hobbies? Now’s your chance! This weekend is the inaugural Big 12 5K Fun Run and Family Stroll.

Tour downtown Kansas City and the Power and Light District as you run or walk to kick off the Big 12 season. It’s a timed event and winners in each age group will receive a medal, so start preparing now with the Library’s help. We have the training materials you need to run your best race while celebrating March basketball.
