Buying a Car?
May 17, 2011
If you are in the market for a new or used car, the library has some helpful resources for you to use. You can find information on pricing as well as reliability ratings. Visit our Web Resources, and check out Carsurvey.org to see how car owners feel about their vehicles.
Kelley Blue Book has information on new car pricing and used car values, as does the NADA Used Vehicle Appraisal Guides. Autotropolis allows you to investigate pricing of new cars and find used cars for sale in your area.
Being armed with all the facts about the car you are looking for makes car buying a little less painful and increases the chance that you will find a fair deal.
