The Bookies Share the Creativity

The Mid-Continent Bookies, a teen readers advisory group, participated in the "Showing You Care with a Chair" organized by the Citi Arts organization. The teens started with a plain, ordinary chair and with the imagination that only teens possess. They created a work of art! The masterpiece was then auctioned off at the Belger Art Center, receiving the second highest bid of the event. Go Bookies!
