When I was asked to contribute to the library blog, it was hard to know where to begin. I find that when in doubt… Google it.  I just used "blogging ideas" as my search term.

Another great resource is the library.  In the catalog under the subject "blogs," there are 66 adult non-fiction titles. A number of the items are electronic resources, which means they are only available in a downloadable format. However, there are choices available in a print format as well.

When starting a new endeavor, I frequently take a look at a "…for Dummies" book for ideas. These books are easy to navigate and give basic information in an easy-to use format. The Blogging for Dummies book explains how to set up your own blog and even how to market and promote your writing.

Blogs are fun to read and can even be profitable to write. Why not give it a try?
