Best Bargains at the Library

This time of year, everyone is looking for the best bargains. Having a library card at Mid-Continent Public Library is a fantastic bargain! Videos, CD's, books, magazines, and online resources are all at your fingertips. Using your library card is a great way to save all year long. Take a break from shopping, and stop by your local library. It is always a treat.

           3 1/2 cups powdered sugar       2 cups instant chocolate drink mix         3/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer

           3 1/4 cups powdered milk         1/2 cup baking cocoa                                1/2 cup chocolate malted-milk powder

Mix ingredients together thoroughly; divide equally into 5 resealable bags.

DIRECTIONS: Place 1/3 cup mix and 3/4 cup hot water in a mug and stir until dissolved.
