When life hands you hops, you brew beer!  Well, that’s how they do it on BeerAdvocate, a web resource offered by MCPL for the beer-lover in you. Whether you’re just a big fan of trying new beers, or you enjoy experimenting with homebrews, BeerAdvocate is the place for you. 

On BeerAdvocate, you can view ratings and reviews of beers (even rate them yourself!), educate yourself on different beer styles, the history of beer, and even how to taste, store, and pour a beer. 

For the homebrewer, BeerAdvocate has "Homebrewing 101" forums that can help guide a beginning homebrewer or offer tips and advice for the more experienced brewer. Bottoms up!
