Beading Fun

The Mid-Continent Public Library is much more than just books and computers. One of our most popular features is our programs for everyone from children to senior customers. For one of our adult programs at the Claycomo Branch, customers made a beaded Uncle Sam. He has lights inside and is good for a night light or just pretty to have for the Holidays. This is a very intricate project that sometimes requires two sessions to complete. There are more beading projects coming up in the future. Some of those are Beaded Halloween Witch and Beaded Mrs. Claus for Christmas. Customers have a lot of fun making these crafts. Some of our customers have come to every beading class.
