The Avengers Assemble

As many of you know, this past spring was a comic geeks dream. This was due to Marvel Studio's release of Marvel's the Avengers. This was only the biggest team-up of all time, putting heavy hitters like Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, and Black Widow together for the first time on the big screen. Not only did this movie smash records, but it set the stage for a well-defined universe of characters we have been reading about for years.

The film was both surprising and satisfying at the same time. I can think of nothing better than having popcorn and watching two hours of Hulk's smashing mayhem. Disney and Marvel released The Avengers on blu-ray and DVD. If you’re a fan of any of these characters, this is a must watch. And guess what? MCPL owns many copies, so you are without excuse!

If you have yet to witness the glory that is The Avengers, then you’re missing out and must fulfill your inner geek by watching this as soon as possible. Don’t make excuses, just get assembled!
