Access Your New Career
June 19, 2012
Need help with a career change? Have a job fair to go to? Need a new resume? The Employment & Career Guidance Subject Guide is the place to start. The subject guide list books, research databases, websites, DVDs, and government information sources.
I particularly like the Career Transitions database, which allows you to build a resume and cover letter. Career Transitions also has an interview simulation mode to prep you for the interview. Another really cool database is the LearningExpress Library. This database allows you to take tutorials for popular software packages, study for the GED, get ready for occupational tests, and build your workplace skills.
Sign on now and access your new career.
