1st Annual Herp-O-Rama Event at MWSU

Join the Missouri Department of Conservation and Missouri Western State University on Saturday, July 28th from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for a FREE festival celebrating all things creepy and crawly!
Amphibians and Reptiles of Missouri will be shown. There will be venomous and non-venomous snakes, turtles, frogs, salamanders, and other critters. Jonn Casey will be presenting Casey’s Creatures, a collection of live snakes, lizards, arachnids, cockroaches, and other animals. Jonn is a teacher and biologist, and has a fantastic knowledge of these animals. Other activities that day will be a free drawing, a frog jumping contest, crafts, and handouts.
