The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce is challenging all of its members along with their family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to participate in the Get Healthy Chamber Challenge in 2012. We all know the importance of being healthy and the impact it has on our lives and our family’s lives. With small changes to our diet and regular exercise, we can lower our blood pressure, combat depression, reduce the risk of osteoporosis, and increase our heart health. Shedding a few pounds in the process is always very uplifting as well.

Decorating with Thrift Store and Flea Market Finds
I have always liked going to flea markets, thrift stores, and garage sales. My whole house is full of items I have bought over the years. I especially like finding something and turning it into something else totally different.
