One of my favorite magazines and series of cookbooks are the publications by Taste of Home. Last Saturday, I attended the Taste of Home Cooking School and Home Expo in Atchison, Kansas. After this and several health concerns that my husband has for himself, we decided to try a no oil Vegan diet. We realized when we did this that this would be more than a "lose some weight and then go back to what we used to eat" diet. This would be a life change.

I found an excellent book with many wonderful grilling recipes. It’s called Taste of Home Grill It! This book offers over 300 recipes taken from the Taste of Home magazine. It contains many photographs and helpful tips, including nutritional information for anyone trying to stay on a healthy diet.
