We Have Bundles and Bundles of Books At the Edgerton Branch!
We have a great selection of bundles of books, DVDs, and CDs to choose from. This is a great way for busy parents to check items out in a hurry for toddlers to children in the second grade.
Here are some examples of the titles that we currently have bundled and which are available for checkout:
We are now offering Bundle Books in the new Children's area of the North Independence Branch. Bundles consist of three to five books bundled together that are of similar subject or series. These include Barbie, fire trucks, superheroes, and more. Some bundles are just for fun, and bundles include fiction and non-fiction books. Parents will love this service because they can quickly find books for their children without having to search the shelves for books. The bundle books are currently displayed by the Board Books upstairs.
Young children love our Book Bundles, and parents are enjoying their convenience! A Book Bundle is a group of themed children's picture books bundled together and labeled so you can grab and go! Our fun and educational themes include: Ahoy, Matey!, Party Time, Rockin' Reptiles, Count on Me, How Kind of You, Four Seasons, and ABC - Easy as 1,2,3!
They are located in the Juvenile Easy (Picture Books) section, near the self-checkout. Try our Book Bundles during your next visit to the Platte City Branch.
At the Parkville Branch, we know that summer time is an active time for kids as well as parents. While taking children to baseball practice and dance lessons, it may be difficult to fit in a trip to the Library for summer reading. Even if you are in a hurry, come on in and help yourself to our bundled books. We’ve put together bundles that are easy to pick up and check out, especially if you are on your way out after storytime.
Red Bridge Branch has book bundles! What are a book bundles, you ask? They are little bundles of joy for your bundle of joy. We often have customers in the children's section ask, "Where are the fairy books?" or "Where are the dog books?" As we all know, the picture books are shelved by author, and though a few authors write about a particular character, a librarian has to know the shelves well in order to pull several books about rabbits out of his or her hat.
