Wow! I started learning acupressure to help migraines. I got huge relief! From the book The Acupressure Atlas, "…acupressure is a gentle pressure or massage on specific points of your body. It is based on beliefs that our internal organs are connected with pathways to our bones and muscles." The philosophy believes that the pathways or "energy channels" connect the two.
