Last night, while my husband and I were sitting in our favorite Zona Rosa BBQ joint, the discussion turned to music. Hubby asked about the results of my two Beatles surveys; I tallied the results as soon as I got to the Library today.
As I was reading the news a few days ago, I saw it was Julian Lennon’s birthday. It reminded me of a time when I went to an art exhibit featuring the artwork of John Lennon. I had long been obsessed with the Beatles, so I was very excited to see the exhibit! Although I was not a great fan of Yoko Ono, she was going to be there. I was standing outside on the sidewalk when she came out to get in her limousine. As she approached, she lightly put her hand on my back and said, "excuse me." It was one of those amazing moments you never forget.
