For about a year now, I have been watching the Rachael Ray show on TV. She is a TV chef who has at least one cooking segment per show, as well as famous guests and current topics. I like her because she is down to earth, funny, and cooks easy but good tasting food. Also, she doesn’t have to be a perfect cook. She laughs at herself if she accidentally burns the bread. So, anyone can relate to her style of cooking.
Have you ever wondered what Rachael Ray eats in her "real life"? Well, I honestly had never given much thought to what a professional foodie might eat at home. I recently stumbled upon Rachael Ray’s My Year in Meals.
I’m usually pretty leery of cookbooks written by celebrity chefs. After all, many of them include fancy dishes that require lots of preparation time. However, I really enjoy the cookbooks by Food Network star, Rachael Ray. Her books are filled with quick and easy recipes for delicious, everyday meals. Everyone knows Rachael Ray. Her constant smile and fun, energetic personality have made her one of the Food Networks biggest draws. In 2006 she launched her magazine, Everyday with Rachael Ray, and in 2007, she started hosting her own syndicated daily talk show.
