Homeschoolers @ the Library

Crafts from Around the World

Are you stuck at home this summer? Wouldn’t it be great if you could visit another country and learn about its people and culture? Well, this Thursday you can tour the world without ever leaving the Library!

For our last Homeschoolers @ the Library meeting before summer break, we’ll create art based on the traditions of several cultures and do some learning in the process. The Library Loves Homeschoolers!

Starting on January 9, 2013, we will be having an activity for homeschooling families every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.

The kids, ages 5-10, amazed us with their creative skills. Our writing contest was the final challenge that put their skills to the test. They had 7 minutes to write a fun story. Here are our winners!
